NORVA Ethnic Dinner - El Rinconcito Chapin

NORVA members gathered at El Rinconcito Chapin on October 18th to sample authentic Guatemalan food. Several of the RPCVs attending had served in Guatemala and helped the rest of us navigate the menu.
