NORVA will host our annual meeting on Saturday, May 3 at 3pm at the Red Oak Picnic Shelter located in the Garfield Park Reservation at 4770 Henry Street in Garfield Heights. We will discuss NORVA events, provide a financial update, and elect officers for any open positions.
After our annual meeting concludes at 4pm, join us to celebrate Peace Corps invitees from Northeast Ohio. This is a great opportunity to meet and talk with new volunteers before they leave for service. Their family members will also be invited.
Please bring shareable appetizers, snacks, dishes and desserts. NORVA will also provide some food for the event. Feel free to bring soft drinks, canned or bottled beer and wine, but no hard liquor. NORVA will provide cups for beverages, paper plates, plasticware, and napkins.
Family, including children, and friends are welcome to attend. The event will be held rain or shine. Feel free to bring yard games.
