In partnership with the Cleveland Foodbank, Trinity Lakewood Community Outreach's "Produce to the People" free produce distribution in Lakewood begins on Saturday, July 16th and will take place on the Third Saturday of each month through November.  Volunteers are needed to assist with setting up, distribution and clean up of this program designed to get fresh, nutritious produce into the hands of our community's neighbors in need. 

Volunteers should arrive at 16400 Detroit Avenue by 10 a.m. for a tour and orientation to the day's events.  Training will take place in the community room, which can be accessed through the rear entrance of the church building, down the stairs.  Please do not park in the lot - plenty of on-street parking is available.  The distribution itself starts at 11 a.m. and lasts until approximately 12:30 or 1:00.  If any produce remains, a second distribution will take place at 1 p.m.  All volunteers should be on their way by 2:00 p.m. at the latest.
