November 16 Quarterly Business Meeting Minutes

Norva Business Meeting Agenda, Friday, November 16, 2012
Attendance: Angela Lowery, Billy Lowery, Bob Radl, Amy Moniot, Tom Schreiber, Sarah Szunyogh, Melissa Zwick, Miranda Lange, Paula Maeder and Sofia (PC nominee), Tony Gattusso

6:30pm-6:50pm--Dinner and Social Hour

6:50pm-7:10pm--NORVA updates

Financial update--Bob provided a financial update. There were some discrepancies with the spreadsheet, so he is looking into that for the next meeting.
Membership update--NORVA currently has over 50 members. Billy is trying to access to NPCA website to get our most recent members. . Miranda needs more members to be featured
Technology update--Tom said that he is going to begin to more aggressively transition to the facebook page.
Paula provided an update on the TLCO meal program. She invited NORVA to financially sponsor a Thursday night meal that would be staffed from Lakewood high school students. This would be $1,300-$1,500 per year.
