Deborah Buckley here. RPCV Romania 2009-2011 and PCRV 2013; PC Recruiter 2014 - 2019; PCRV Samoa 2019. I am new to this group. I just moved back to Cleveland (N Collinwood) after being away for 41 years. I look forward to connecting with more RPCVs in the Cleveland area.
