I was PC Paraguay 2005-07, and Mario is a Paraguayan native. Unfortunately, I have no pull with the festival (no VIP treatment for us Paraguayans, alas) but I do have access to discount code OUTREACH to get $2 off each ticket. Not sure if you've selected your movie yet, but FYI!
